Blogging to me has been, and will continue to be a valuable means of expressing my convictions and opinions to whoever will read them. To those of you who have read any of my articles, thank you.
As I mentioned in my introduction of myself and the initial purpose of writing this blog, It was and as of this article still is an English assignment. Some of the articles in it were direct assignments from the instructor of the class. Most of them were fine; however, the request for writing about "Pink Slime" I thought was a bit of overkill, and really a non-issue. The preceding assignment dealing with Food, Inc. would have been enough of an eye opener, by following that with the "Pink Slime" information in my mind weakened the effect and caused me to wonder, "Is there an agenda here?"
Overall, I would say that this experience has been a valuable one and I thank Prof. Chris for the opportunity to participate in it.
Scott--You didn't really say much here about the blog project itself. I was looking for more analysis (as prompted by my questions on the assignment). Yes, you mentioned it is valuable as a means of communication, and you also expressed your dislike for a particular assignment, but beyond that, nothing.
